2. Data, purposes, legal bases and retention

  • Contact and message data are processed to answer enquiries and take pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Unsuccessful routine enquiries are deleted within 12 months.
  • Data necessary for professional services, legal duties and legal claims are processed under Art. 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR; health data only where necessary under Art. 9(2) GDPR and for the applicable statutory or limitation period.
  • IP address, request time and URL, browser details and diagnostic logs are processed for website security and reliability under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and retained only as needed.
  • Google Maps request data are processed to display the practice location and navigation under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Recipients and international transfers

Recipients may include Vercel Inc. (hosting), Plus Five Five, Inc./Resend (form email), Cloudflare, Inc./Turnstile (anti-abuse), Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC (Maps), necessary IT, email, accounting and legal providers, and public authorities where required. Transfers outside the EEA use a Chapter V GDPR mechanism, in particular an adequacy decision for a certified recipient or Standard Contractual Clauses. Details of the relevant safeguard are available from the controller.

4. Cookies and external content

The website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. It may store only a technical language preference and security data necessary for a requested service. Google Maps loads automatically on the contact page and establishes a direct connection to Google, which may access or store device information under its own rules. Browser content blocking can prevent that request.

5. Your choices and rights

The form is voluntary, but required contact details are needed to answer. There is no solely automated decision-making or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects. Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, object to legitimate-interest processing, and withdraw consent. Contact the controller above. You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, uoou.gov.cz, or another competent supervisory authority.
